Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders that require compliance verification may take longer.

Domestic orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

All products ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, packed with protective materials in discreet outer packaging. Each order includes the applicable research use documentation.

Please check your address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reship at the buyer's cost or refund the product value less shipping.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer box and contents before handling further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Parcels confirmed lost in transit by the carrier will be replaced or refunded.

Where international shipping is offered, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all duties, taxes, and compliance with local law. Parcels seized or refused by customs are not eligible for refund.
