All products offered by PEPP are sold and supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not sold as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other form of in-vivo use.

The products on this website have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any comparable regulatory authority in any other jurisdiction. No statement on this website has been reviewed by any regulatory agency.

Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder unless otherwise stated. Unopened vials should be stored sealed in a cool, dry, dark place. Once in solution, vials should be kept refrigerated between 36–46°F (2–8°C) and protected from light. Handling information and storage guidance appropriate for laboratory research is included with every order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEPP, its owners, employees, and suppliers accept no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from the purchase, handling, storage, use, or misuse of any product. Products are supplied without warranty of any kind beyond conformity with the accompanying Certificate of Analysis. The buyer assumes full responsibility and risk for the use of every product purchased.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and of our Terms & Conditions. At checkout, buyers are required to affirmatively acknowledge that products are purchased solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes and are not for human or veterinary use. Orders that cannot be verified as compliant may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
